Appointments

DURING COVID - 19

ALL TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT'S  INCLUDING VIDEO CONSULTATIONS  DURING COVID-19 ARE  WITH THE DOCTOR/NURSE - THEY WILL THEN DECIDE IF THEY NEEDS TO EXAMINE YOU AND ASK YOU TO COME DOWN AT A SPECIFIC TIME. This has not changed in line with government guidelines, if you feel you need to be seen, the doctor will decide after speaking to you. Please do not blame the receptionist, who is acting on the doctor's instructions, we have a zero tolerance policy in regards to abusive patients, and this will not be tolerated.

PLEASE DO NOT COME DOWN TO THE SURGERY UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN ASKED TO DO SO.

BABY CLINIC

THIS IS RUNNING AS NORMAL FROM 09:00 - 12:00PM - PLEASE NOTE: WE ASK IF YOU COULD COME DOWN ALONE, WITHOUT SIBLINGS IF POSSIBLE - ONLY ONE PARENT WILL BE ALLOWED IN FOR THE IMMUNISATIONS AT A TIME.

WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED AS AND WHEN  WE RECEIVE NEW INFORMATION.

Consultations are by appointment and can be made in person, over the telephone and online.

If you wish to have a telephone consultation, please telephone the surgery on 0161 493 9493 and leave your name, telephone number and a few details of what the problem is and the doctor will call you back after their morning/evening surgery.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.
